1. User Agreement

• For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires 'You' or 'User' shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer/partner on the Website.
• The term 'We', 'Us', 'Our' shall mean Payment Portal.

2. Eligibility

Persons who are 'incompetent to contract' within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use the Site. If your age is less than 18 years, you should not register as a member.

3. Account & Registration Obligations

All Users have to register and login for placing orders or wallet deposits on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications. If you provide any information that is untrue, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership.

4. Pricing & Wallet Load

All the services listed on the Website will be sold at the prices mentioned. The prices of services may fluctuate on a periodical basis. You agree to bear the charges as applied during the transaction.

5. Returns & Refunds Policy

Since we provide digital services and wallet top-ups, refunds are only processed if a transaction fails at the gateway level but amount gets deducted from your bank. Successful wallet loads and processed digital applications are Non-Refundable.
